In a trip to the South to see my friends, Charlotte NC to be specific. We found out the Mean Green on wheels(Goody Woodys) serving the Queen city a wide variety of Goodies, from Succulent Cheeseburgers to beautiful out of this world Fried tacos... Yes you are reading right!! Fried Tacos!!!!! Sliders, Frito Wraps, Burritos etc.

Caracas Arepa Bar

After a day of hard working and meeting with clients, I decided to take my wife for a small, cute and different dinner so we went to Caracas Arepa Bar. The Best arepas in the City! If you dont know what arepas are.. Well they are Venezuelan crispy corn meal tortillas like, very fluffy in the middle and stuffed with your choice of filling, Shredded beef, chorizo, etc. finished up with some traditional cheese and their signature spicy sauce.. YUM!!

For dessert we had a nice little Tres leches cake with coconut... Very Good!

Relaxing and doing a little work on the laptop a Coffee and a nice Frozen Yogurt with all the toppings sounds Perfect!
